Brew House is set to open Downtown Toledo location at Fort Industry Square
Coming soon to downtown Toledo – Brew House Downtown!
Brew House is a coffee shop that also serves up homemade cheesecakes. The coffee shop’s downtown Toledo location will be located at Fort Industry Square. This will be the second location for owners Erin and Nathan Warren. Their first location opened in Uptown Maumee in 2019.
Brew House will occupy two units, one being street-level on Summit Street and the other being an underground speakeasy-style bar and lounge. The speakeasy portion will be accessible via spiral staircase, and door access from the backside of the building on Water Street.
The Warrens began planning about a year ago and started the build out in late January/early February. They’ve tasked Architecture By Design for designing the space. Architecture By Design also designed the Maumee location. With the addition of the speakeasy space, the décor theme of the space will be 1920s glamour/Great Gatsby.
Brew House is set to open later this spring. It will create roughly 9-12 new jobs.
